Located on Park Road in Barmouth.

The practice is open weekdays with telephone cover from 08:00 to 18:30, excluding Bank Holidays. To arrange an appointment to see a doctor or nurse please telephone or come in the practice and speak with a member of our Administration Team. Please see below for our GP clinics timetable.

Out of Hours

For assistance outside of the Practice’s opening hours please contact the Out Of Hours Service on 111. Out of Hours service cover is in place for Bank Holidays and Weekends.

Repeat Prescriptions

If you need to order your repeat medications, you can now email us directly at repeat.prescriptions.w94008@wales.nhs.uk.

Please remember to include your Full Name, Date of Birth and the items of medication you need. If you are unable to send an email you can still write this information down on a piece of paper and post it through the practice letter box. You can also request access to My Health Online, you ask a member of the Administration Team.

Alternatively you can contact the local Pharmacy who offer different ways to request medication.
